Turning off Windows Narrator !!!

Turning off Windows Narrator:

Follow the steps given in this video, to turn off the Windows Narrator (text to voice translation program) irritating voice, which would startup automatically when you turn on your windows 7, windows 8, 8.1 and windows 10 laptop or PC.
